2013 Sauvignon Blanc
Snoqualmie Winery
Prosser, Washington
Founded in 1983, Snoqualmie was one of Washington’s first premium wineries, producing classic wine varietals from vineyards across the Columbia Valley.
Originally located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, Snoqualmie opened its winery in Prosser, WA, at the base of the Horse Heaven Hills, in 2002.
This Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc is fermented at a carefully maintained 50°F to preserve the natural fruit and acid structure of the grapes. Lemon citrus characters on the nose with hints of melon which carry through on the palate. This is a lively crisp style of Sauvignon Blanc that will pair well with a variety of shell fish.

2012 Syrah
Washington Hills Winery
Walla Walla, Washington
Since its release in 1988, Washington Hills wines have established themselves as an award-winning value leader in Washington wines. Producing the top Washington varietals, these wines show excellent fruit characteristics and balanced acidity making them an ideal every day drinking wine.
Upfront notes of pipe tobacco and pumpkin pie spice invite you to this juicy Syrah. Cocoa powder, raspberry and bramble fruits marry on the palate. A well rounded wine with balanced tannins and a wonderful finish.

 Montepulicano FinAmore
Cantina Agriverde
Abruzzi, Italy
The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo comes from a parcel of the vineyard known as FinAmore. It boasts the perfect microclimate for the grapes including a wide spread in day and night time temperatures and high iron content in the soil.
Finamore is made from the Montepulciano grape. Its deep ruby-red color with violet highlights suggests the depth and weight of the wine. The bouquet is quite refined, with complex black fruits like plum and currants with rich deep aromas of black licorice and milk chocolate. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and soft, with lots of tannins, nice acidity and a very long finish.
